Verify Shareholder Status

Subject: “XREF Shareholder Verification Hotel Offer”
Include your full name, address on the share account, Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) and share account number.
Contact Hotel Reservations

Subject: “XREF Shareholder Offer Booking Request”
Include your full name, proposed check‑in and check‑out dates, and number of guests.

The Registrar will confirm eligibility and coordinate with the hotel. Once both emails are received and verified, the hotel will contact you to finalize your booking.
